Join us in February for a comprehensive course discussing the Cleaning of Compounding Environments.
The cleanliness of the cleanroom environment and work surfaces is a critical factor in the process of sterile compounding. Contec Healthcare leads the way in providing top of the line products and training needed for keeping a cleanroom both clean and compliant. Our goal is to provide a safe environment that ensures the protection of both the dedicated cleanroom staff and the drugs compounded inside.
A team of Contec Healthcare experts is working with the Parenteral Drug Association to provide an all-encompassing training course called Understanding Contaminants and How to Remove Them. Attendees will learn about the sources of contamination, challenges to effective removal, and relative effectiveness of various methods of contamination removal. This course will dive into the theories behind cleaning and provide best practices for selecting cleaning chemistries and the appropriate tools for sterile and non-sterile compounding environments.
The event will be held at the US PDA headquarters in Bethesda Maryland from 8:30AM to 5:00pm on February 6, 2020.
